By using Zenler's services and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. The Program Access
1.1 Program Access
- Exclusive access to The Program features for participating members
- All program features available with usage limits to ensure optimal experience for all participants
- Full program benefits unlocked for active participating members
1.2 Eligibility
- Available to current Zenler members in good standing
- One program enrollment per user - multiple accounts will result in immediate removal from Zenler without notice
1.3 Program Participation
- Active membership required to maintain program access
- Program access subject to membership status
- By participating, you authorize continued membership billing as per your current plan
2. Program Content and Usage Rights
2.1 Content Access
- Program materials provided for personal educational use only
- Content includes live sessions, replay recordings, resources, and supplementary materials
- Access granted during active program participation
2.2 Permitted Uses
- Personal learning and skill development
- Implementation of strategies and concepts in your own business or projects
- Note-taking and personal reference materials creation
- Application of learned principles to your professional activities
2.3 Prohibited Uses
- No reselling of training or content under any circumstances
- Redistribution, sharing, or resale of program content
- Recording, copying, or reproducing materials without permission
- Commercial use of proprietary content, frameworks, or methodologies
- Sharing access credentials with others
- Public posting or broadcasting of program materials
- Repackaging or presenting program content as your own training materials
2.4 Intellectual Property
- All program content remains property of Zenler
- Participants receive limited license for personal use only
- No transfer of ownership or commercial rights granted
3. Program Features and Communications
3.1 Program Components
- Enrollment constitutes consent for program-related email communications
- Live sessions with replay recordings available
- Multiple Q&A sessions included
- Session schedules subject to change
- Exclusive program content and resources
3.2 Data and Privacy
- Account data handled according to standard Zenler policies and GDPR compliance
- Program participation data may be used for improving program experience
4. Marketing and Promotion
4.1 Content Usage Rights
- Zenler reserves the right to use program content, participant feedback, testimonials, and related materials in whole or in part across all social media channels and marketing platforms
- This includes but is not limited to promotional videos, social media posts, case studies, and marketing campaigns
